Ironmongery partner Foris Solutions selected our mechanical 5-Way SOS locksets for this project, installing 350 throughout the hospital.
Our mechanical 5-way SOS locksets were selected for high-risk areas, to ensure staff can override the lock and gain access in an emergency.
Reliable access when it matters most
- In an emergency situation, staff have 5 override methods to overcome barricade scenarios
- The staff key dominates the internal lock, allowing for barricade situations to be resolved quickly
- Staff can overcome barricade situations easily - 5 seconds for simple barricades and 60 seconds for the most determined
- The emergency T-bar provides staff with a pull advantage to pull the door open from the corridor.
